Q: Will I receive an email confirming my reservation?
A: An email will be sent from each booking site to your email address confirming your reservation details.
Q: Is it possible to change the reservation, such as extending or shortening the stay date, changing the room, or changing the number of people?
A: Depending on the availability of rooms and the season, conditions may differ and additional fees may be charged.
Q: How many days in advance do reservations have to be made?
A: We accept until 18:00 on the day. If you are in a hurry, please call us to check availability.

Q: Is it possible to pay by credit card?
A: Yes.(JCB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UC, DC, Diners Club, UFJ, Saison)

Q: What time is check-in/out?
A: Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
Q: Is early check-in or late check-in possible?
A: As a general rule, check-in before check-in time is not allowed due to room cleaning. We will keep your luggage before check-in, so please enjoy sightseeing until check-in time. In case of late check-in due to flight, etc., please contact us in advance.

Q: When does the cancellation fee start?
A: A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation after payment (after reservation).
Cancellation 3 days before 100% of the accommodation fee
Cancellation on the day and no contact 100% of the accommodation fee

※Please check the cancellation policy of each reservation site when making a reservation from other than the website.

Q: Can I use the internet in my room?
A: Enjoy free Wi-Fi in all rooms.
Q: Do you have parking?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have a private parking lot for the hotel. Please use nearby coin parking.
