Article 1 (Scope of application)
  1. Accommodation contracts and related contracts to be concluded between the hotel and the guest shall be in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. Matters not covered by this Agreement shall be governed by laws or generally established customs.
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, when the Hotel has agreed to a special contract within the scope not contrary to laws and customs, that privilege shall take precedence.
Article 2 (Application for accommodation contract)
  1. A person who intends to apply for an accommodation contract with the Hotel shall notify the Hotel of the following particulars:
    1. Guest name
    2. Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
    3. Accommodation charges (In principle, based on the basic accommodation charges listed in Appended Table 1.)
    4. Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel
  2. In the event that the Guest requests, during his/her stay, the continuation of the stay beyond the date specified in Item (2) of the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel shall treat it as an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request is made. To do.
Article 3 (Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.)
  1. An accommodation contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when the hotel has accepted the application as stipulated in the preceding article. However, this shall not apply when it is proved that the Hotel did not accept the request.
  2. When an accommodation contract has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the application fee specified by the Hotel shall be paid by the date specified by the Hotel, up to the basic accommodation fee for the period of stay (3 days if the period of stay exceeds 3 days).   3. The deposit shall first be applied to the accommodation charges to be finally paid by the guest, and in the event that a situation arises in which the provisions of Articles 6 and 19 apply, the deposit shall be applied in the order of cancellation charges and then compensation. , If there is any remaining balance, it will be refunded at the time of payment of charges as stipulated in Article 13.
  4. If the application fee in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the Hotel in accordance with the provisions of the same Paragraph, the accommodation contract shall become invalid. However, this is limited to cases where the Hotel has notified the Guest to that effect when specifying the payment deadline for the application fee.
Article 4 (Special agreement requiring no payment of application fee)
  1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may enter into a special contract that does not require the payment of the deposit as stipulated in the same Paragraph after the conclusion of the contract.
  2. If the Hotel does not request the payment of the application fee as stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article and does not specify the due date for the payment of the application fee at the time of accepting the application for the Accommodation Contract, it will be treated as having accepted the special contract as stipulated in the preceding Paragraph. increase.
Article 5 (Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract)
  1. The hotel may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.
    1. When the application for accommodation does not conform to these terms and conditions
    2. When there is no room in the guest room due to full occupancy.
    3. When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay is likely to act against the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals in connection with accommodation.
    4. When the person seeking accommodation is an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, an affiliated organization or related person of an organized crime group, or any other anti-social force.
    5. When the person seeking accommodation is an organized crime group or a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by gang members.
    6. When the person who intends to stay is a corporation and one of its officers is an organized crime group.
    7. When a person seeking accommodation makes violent demands against the Hotel or its employees, or demands an unreasonable burden.
    8. When the person who intends to stay is clearly recognized as a patient of an infectious disease.
    9. When you do not comply with the prohibited matters of the usage regulations set by our hotel.
    10. When the Guest smokes in bed in the bedroom, mischief with firefighting equipment, etc., or does not comply with other prohibited items (limited to those necessary for fire prevention) set by the Hotel in the rules of use.
    11. When it falls under the provisions of the Inns and Hotels Act Enforcement Ordinance stipulated by prefectures.
Article 6 (Guest's Right to Cancel Contract)
  1. The Guest may cancel the Accommodation Contract by notifying the Hotel.
  2. If the guest cancels the accommodation contract in whole or in part due to reasons for which the guest is responsible (Except when the Guest has canceled the Accommodation Contract prior to payment.), a cancellation fee will be charged as listed in Appended Table 2. However, in the case where the Hotel has accepted the special contract set forth in Article 4, Paragraph 1, in responding to the special contract, the Hotel shall notify the Guest of the obligation to pay the penalty when the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract. Only when notified.
  3. If the guest does not arrive by 8:00 p.m. on the day of accommodation without contacting the hotel (if the estimated time of arrival is specified in advance, 2 hours after that time), the hotel may cancel the accommodation. The contract may be treated as if it was canceled by the guest.
Article 7 (Hotel's Right to Cancel Contract)
  1. The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
    1. When it is recognized that there is a risk that the guest will act against the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals in connection with accommodation, or when it is recognized that he or she has done the same.
    2. When the guest is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
    3. When the accommodation cannot be provided due to reasons caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.
    4. When you are an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, an affiliated organization or related person of an organized crime group, or any other anti-social force.
    5. Being a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by organized crime groups or members of organized crime groups.
    6. When a corporation has a member of an organized crime group among its officers.
    7. When the Guest makes a violent demand against the Hotel or an employee of the Hotel, or demands an unreasonable burden.
    8. When the person who intends to stay is likely to cause trouble to other guests due to drunkenness, etc. When there is behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other guests. When the Guest does not comply with the description in the guest list, or when a false declaration is made regarding the items listed. When it is clearly recognized that there is no ability to pay.
    9. When you do not comply with the prohibited matters of the usage regulations set by our hotel.
    10. When the Guest smokes in bed in the bedroom, mischief with firefighting equipment, etc., or does not comply with other prohibited items (limited to those necessary for fire prevention) set by the Hotel in the rules of use.
    11. When it falls under the provisions of the Inns and Hotels Act Enforcement Ordinance stipulated by prefectures.
  2. When the hotel has canceled the accommodation contract in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest will not be charged for the accommodation services, etc. that have not yet been provided.
Article 8 (Registration of accommodation)
  1. The Guest shall register the following particulars at the front desk of the Hotel on the day of accommodation.
    1. Guest's name, age, gender, address and occupation
    2. For foreigners, nationality, passport number, place of entry and date of entry
    3. Departure date and scheduled departure time
    4. Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel
  2. When the Guest intends to pay the charges in Article 13 by means of accommodation coupons, credit cards, etc., which can be substituted for currency, he/she shall present them in advance at the time of registration in the preceding Paragraph.
Article 9 (Occupancy Hours of Guest Rooms)
  1. The guest can use the hotel room from 3:00 pm to 11:00 the next morning. However, if you stay consecutively, you can use it all day except for the day of arrival and departure.
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel may permit the Guest to use the guest room outside the hours stipulated in the same Paragraph. In this case, the following additional charges will apply.
    1. 50% of the room rate for up to 3 hours
    2. Overtime of 3 hours or more: 100% of room charge
Article 10 (Compliance with Usage Rules)
  1. Guests are required to comply with the rules of use established by the Hotel and posted within the premises of the Hotel.
Article 11 (Room cleaning)
  1. If a guest stays in the same guest room for two consecutive nights or more, the guest room will be cleaned once every three days in principle.
  2. Even if we receive a request from the customer that cleaning is unnecessary, we will clean once every 3 days in order to protect the sanitary environment as stipulated by the Inns and Hotels Act.
Article 12 (Business hours)
  1. The business hours of the main facilities, etc. of the Hotel are as follows, and the detailed business hours of other facilities, etc., are provided in pamphlets provided, notices in various places, service directories in guest rooms, etc.
    1. Service hours for front desk, cashier, etc.:
      (1)Curfew: None. However, the door is locked from 22:00 to 6:30, so please contact the front desk with your room key or interphone to unlock it.
      (2)Front service: 24 hours When the staff is absent, please contact the mobile phone of the operation.
      (3)Exchange service: Not applicable
  2. The hours set forth in the preceding paragraph may be changed temporarily due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case, we will notify you in an appropriate manner.
Article 13 (Payment of fees)
  1. The breakdown of the accommodation charges, etc. to be paid by the guest and the determination method thereof shall be as listed in Appended Table 1.
  2. Payment of accommodation charges, etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be made at the front desk at the time of the guest's arrival or when requested by the hotel, in currency, accommodation coupons, credit cards, etc. accepted by the hotel. .
  3. Accommodation charges shall be charged even if the guest voluntarily does not stay after the hotel has provided a guest room to the guest and it has become available for use.
Article 14 (Responsibility of the Hotel)
  1. The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for any damages caused by the fulfillment of the accommodation contract and related contracts, or the non-fulfillment thereof. However, this shall not apply when it is due to reasons not attributable to the hotel.
  2. The hotel has received a certificate of excellence in disaster prevention from the fire department, and in addition to striving to maintain disaster prevention facilities, the hotel has taken out ryokan liability insurance in order to deal with fires, etc.
Article 15 (Handling when contracted guest rooms cannot be provided)
  1. When the hotel cannot provide the guest with the contracted guest room, the hotel shall, with the consent of the guest, arrange for another accommodation inspection under the same conditions as much as possible.
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, when other accommodation cannot be arranged, the Hotel shall pay the Guest a compensation fee equivalent to the cancellation charges, and the compensation fee shall be applied to the reparations. However, if there is no reason attributable to the hotel for not being able to provide the guest room, no compensation fee will be paid.
Article 16 (Handling of Deposited Items, etc.)
  1. The hotel will compensate for the loss, breakage, or other damage to the goods, cash, and valuables deposited at the front desk by the guest, except in the case of force majeure. . However, with regard to cash and valuables, if the Hotel has requested a declaration of the type and value thereof and the Guest has failed to do so, the Hotel shall be liable for damages up to 50,000 yen. Compensate.
  2. In the event that damage such as loss, breakage, etc., is caused intentionally or negligently on the part of the Hotel to items, cash, or valuables brought into the Hotel by the Guest but not deposited at the front desk. , the hotel will compensate for the damage. However, for items for which the type and value have not been reported in advance by the Guest, the Hotel will compensate for damages up to 30,000 yen, except in cases where the Hotel is intentionally or grossly negligent.
Article 17 (Storage of Guest's Baggage or Belongings)
  1. If the guest's baggage arrives at the hotel prior to their stay, the hotel will take responsibility for keeping it only when the hotel agrees prior to arrival, and will hand it over to the guest when he or she checks in at the front desk.
  2. In the event that baggage or belongings are left behind at the hotel after the guest has checked out, the hotel will, in principle, wait for an inquiry from the owner and ask for instructions. If there is no instruction from the owner, valuable items will be delivered to the nearest police station within 7 days including the date of discovery, and other items will be disposed of after 2 months. However, food, drink, cigarettes, magazines, etc. will be disposed of on the same day.
  3. In the case of the preceding two paragraphs, the hotel's liability for the custody of the guest's baggage or belongings shall be in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of the preceding article in the case of paragraph 1, and The provisions of paragraph 2 shall apply.
Article 18 (Responsibilities of Guests)
  1. In the event that the Hotel suffers damage intentionally or negligently on the part of the Guest, the Guest shall compensate the Hotel for the damage.
  2. All rooms are non-smoking, so if you smoke in the room, you will be charged a special cleaning fee of 30,000 yen.
Article 19 (Disclaimer)
  1. The use of computer communication from within the hotel shall be done at the customer's own responsibility. The hotel will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by the user as a result of service interruption due to system failure or other reasons while using computer communication. In addition, if the hotel or a third party suffers damage due to an act that the hotel deems inappropriate for the use of computer communication, the guest will be required to compensate for the damage.
